Zusammenfassung

Wie die vorangehenden Abschnitte zeigen, ist die Feststellung, ob im konkreten Fall alle erforderlichen Voraussetzungen für einen Ausgleichsanspruch gegeben sind, d. h. ob er dem Grunde nach besteht, oft nicht einfach zu treffen. Die Beantwortung der sich daran anschließenden Frage, in welcher Höhe ein eventueller Ausgleich zu leisten ist, bereitet kaum geringere Schwierigkeiten.
