Zusammenfassung
Unter Euronote-Fazilitäten versteht man eine mittel-bis langfristige Finanzierungsvereinbarung zwischen einem Emittenten und einer Bank oder einem Konsortium aus mehreren Instituten, die es dem Schuldner ermöglicht, innerhalb der Laufzeit durch revolvierende Emission kurzfristiger Schuldtitel, sogenannter Euronotes, am Euromarkt Gelder aufzunehmen.1)
