Zusammenfassung

Neuere Formen der zwischenbetrieblichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Unternehmungen aus verschiedenen Ländern werden immer häufiger in der Managementliteratur und in der Wirtschaftspresse thematisiert. Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Veröffentlichungen zielen darauf ab, den empirisch beobachtbaren Veränderungen von Wettbewerbs- und Marktaustauschbeziehungen durch die Entwicklung neuer Konzepte und Erklärungsansätze Rechnung zu tragen. Traditionelle Erklärungsmuster, die von bestimmten Marktformen und von isolierten Wettbewerbsstrategien unabhängig voneinander operierender Firmen ausgehen, erweisen sich immer weniger als tragfähig angesichts der Tatsache, g g g, daß international tätige Großunternehmen in eine Vielzahl von „Strategischen Allianzen“ mit Marktpartnern und häufig sogar auch mit Konkurrenzunternehmen eingebunden sindl.
