Wird das Grundkapital einer Aktiengesellschaft erhöht, so haben die Aktionäre das Recht, an der Ausgabe der neuen Aktien beteiligt zu werden, also neue Aktien zu beziehen. Dieses Recht wird das Bezugsrecht genannt.
