Zusammenfassung
Die jüngsten Entwicklungen in der theoretischen Beschreibung von Zweiphasenströmungen erfordern immer detailliertere Informationen über die interne Struktur der Strömung in Abhängigkeit von den verschiedenen Strömungsformen. So sind z.B. der Dampfvolumenanteil und die Phasengrenzflächenkonzentration zwei wesentliche Parameter, die die interne Struktur und Geometrie einer Zweiphasenströmung charakterisieren. Der Dampfvolumenanteil beschreibt die Aufteilung des Fluids auf die zwei Phasen und ist ein unerläßlicher Eingabeparameter von vielen hydro- und thermodynamischen Berechnungsverfahren in der verfahrenstechnischen Industrie. Die Phasengrenzflächenkonzentration ist ein Maß für die Oberfläche, die zwischen den Phasen zum Austausch von Masse, Impuls und Energie zur Verflgung steht, und ist daher zur Modellbildung von Zweiphasenströmungen eine wichtige Voraussetzung. Trotz der Wichtigkeit dieser Parameter ist verhältnismäßig wenig über diese Parameter in Abhängigkeit von den Strömungsregionen bekannt. Insbesondere existiert nur ein relativ geringer Wissensstand über die Phasengrenzflächenkonzentration bei komplexeren Strömungsformen, wie Blasen-, Schwall- oder Pfropfenströmung. In diesem Kapitel werden die geometrischen Parameter, die für das hier vorgestellte Zweifluidmodell benötigt werden, zusammengestellt. Im wesentlichen sind dies die Oberflächenkonzentrationen und damit verwandte Größen.
