Zusammenfassung

Wenn man anfängt, über die Anwendung qualitativer Methoden zur Erforschung sozialer Einrichtungen und Dienste nachzudenken und wenn man dabei davon ausgeht, dass es den interpretativen Verfahren in der sozialwissenschaftlichen Forschung um das Verstehen von Sinn und Bedeutung geht, und wenn man zudem annimmt, dass soziale Einrichtungen und Dienste als Systeme aufzufassen sind, dann, nun dann stößt man fast unmittelbar auf folgende Problemkonstellation:
