Zusammenfassung
Um es vorwegzunehmen: So etwas wie den Griceschen Konversationszirkel gibt es nicht. Jedenfalls nicht in dem Sinne, der Levinson vorschwebt. Levinson selbst spricht übrigens nicht von einem ‘Konversations’zirkel; in seinem (bisher nicht veröffentlichten) Manuskript mit dem Titel “Generalized Conversational Implicature and the Semantics/Pragmatics Interface (or how you can’t do semantics without first doing pragmatics)” ist, auf S. 17ff., lediglich von “Grice’s circle” die Rede.
