Zusammenfassung
Ein wesentliches Ziel eines Performance Measurement-Systems besteht darin, hinsichtlich der „Black Box F&E“ Transparenz zu schaffen und deren Prozesse verständlich abzubilden. Die Performance Measures besitzen dabei die Funktion, Informationen in knapper und konzentrierter Form bereitzustellen und die Prozessergebnisse innerhalb des F&E-Systems abzubilden.251
