Abstract

The opening chapter is devoted to an introduction to some basic definitions required in our later considerations. Furthermore, we assemble a variety of propositions from the literature, which will be needed in the sequel. The cited results are classical and are found in most standard books on the subject. For the proofs we refer to the literature.
