Zusammenfassung
Betrachtet man die jüngere Literatur zur strategischen Unternehmensführung und zum Marketing, so lassen sich drei wesentliche Schwerpunkte identifizieren:
-
Arbeiten zur wertorientierten Unternehmensführung, welche die Interessen der Kapitalgeber in den Vordergrund rücken und in der Maximierung des Unternehmenswertes die zentrale Zielgröße sehen;
-
die ressourcenorientierte Sicht der Unternehmung, welche unterstellt, dass weniger die Attraktivität und Struktur der Branche sowie die Positionierung am Markt, sondern vielmehr die Ressourcenausstattung der Unternehmung erfolgswirksam ist; und
-
Arbeiten zum Zusammenhang zwischen Marktorientierung, Kundenzufriedenheit und Unternehmenserfolg, die belegen, dass die Ausrichtung an der Zufriedenheit des Kunden einen wesentlichen Teil der Performanceunterschiede zwischen Unternehmen zu erklären vermag.
