Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein Literaturüberblick über die wichtigsten Beiträge der letzten Jahrzehnte zur Theorie der Verteilungsgerechtigkeit gegeben. Anschließend an eine Einbettung des Problems der Verteilungsgerechtigkeit in die Logik kollektiver Entscheidungen werden nacheinander das Utilitaristische Prinzip, das Differenzprinzip von Rawls, die Anspruchstheorie der Gerechtigkeit von Nozick, die Vorstellung von Gerechtigkeit als Lösung eines Verhandlungsspiels von Gauthier, die Konzeption von Gerechtigkeit als Gleichheit der Ressourcen von Dworkin sowie als Gleichheit der Möglichkeit zu Wohlfahrt von Ameson und Cohen erörtert.
