Die Europäisierung substaatlicher Strukturen in Ungarn

Zusammenfassung

Erst Mitte der 1990er Jahre wurde der bis dahin dominierende bottom up-aproach der Europäisierungsdebatte um einen top-down-Ansatz ergänzt, der die Auswirkungen der Europäischen Integration auf die politischen Systeme der Mitgliedsstaaten thematisierte (Ladrech 1994; Mény u.a. 1996; Hanf und Soetendorp 1998; Andersen und Eliassen 1999; Goetz und Hix 2001; Sturm und Pehle 2001). Dabei wurde deutlich aufgezeigt, daß „Europäisierung“ eine entscheidende Variable für die weitere Entwicklung der politischen Systeme in Europa darstellt. Umstritten blieb und bleibt hingegen, inwieweit diesen Europäisierungsprozessen kohärente Strukturen zugrundeliegen (Grabbe 2001). Hieraus kann geschlossen werden, daß nationale Traditionen mit unterschiedlicher Beharrungskraft dem landesspezifischen Europäisierungsprozeß immer einen individuellen Stempel aufdrücken. Jedes Land reagiert demnach anders auf den Europäisierungsdruck.
