Alle reden vom europäischen Demokratiedefizit. Auf politikwissenschaftlichen Tagungen redet man so viel davon, dass es anfängt, einem bei den Ohren wieder herauszukommen. Dabei ist es längst zu einer ‚Standardversion‘ kondensiert worden. Wird das Kürzel „SV‘ in die Debatte geworfen, weiß jeder gleich, was gemeint ist.
