Zusammenfassung
Zur Entwicklung eines umfassenden Controlling-Konzeptes wird ein Bezugsrahmen1 benötigt, der die Rahmenbedingungen für die Ausgestaltung des Konzeptes festlegt. In dem Bezugsrahmen werden die Spezifikationen für die zu behandelnden Bereiche fixiert.
