Zusammenfassung
Der Markt für Unternehmungskontrolle (Corporate Control) hat viele unterschiedliche Instrumente zum Kauf und Verkauf von Unternehmungen hervorgebracht. Folglich existiert hierzu auch eine Vielzahl von Begriffen. Um auf einer klaren und operationalen Sprache aufbauen zu können, werden die in der vorliegenden Arbeit verwendeten Termini Mergers und Acquisitions zunächst bestimmt (Abschnitt 2.1) und anschließend typologisiert (Abschnitt 2.2).
