Zusammenfassung
Während chinesische Staatsunternehmen Arbeitsplätze abbauen, Marktanteile verlieren oder gar aufgelöst werden, entwickelt sich das private Unternehmertum zunehmend zum Rückgrat der chinesischen Volkswirtschaft. Dieser Beitrag geht der Frage nach, ob die Gestaltung des Personaleinsatzes eine Teilerklärung für den unterschiedlichen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg beider Unternehmensformen darstellt. Am Beispiel von vier Aufgabenfeldern des Personalmanagements — Beschaffung, Entwicklung, Entlohnung und Führung — werden sowohl Unterschiede als auch Gemeinsamkeiten von Staats- und Privatunternehmen aufgezeigt.1
