Zusammenfassung

In meiner Studie1 möchte ich mich mit zwei Fragen beschäftigen. Als erstes betrachte ich die mit der Umgestaltung verbundenen Forschungsergebnisse unter dem Gesichtspunkt, inwieweit die Untersuchung der in Osteuropa sich gegenwärtig vollziehenden ökonomischen und gesellschaftlichen Umgestaltung einen Beitrag zu den allgemeinen und „ewigen“ Fragen der Forschung zur gesellschaftlichen Schichtung und zur sozialen Mobilität geben kann. Zum anderen versuche ich, den Systemwandel mit Blick auf einige interessane empirische Beispiele aus dem Bereich der Schichtungsstruktur als spezifische Periodenwirkung zu konzeptualisieren.
