Das Supply Chain Operations Reference-Modell (SCOR) ist ein innovatives Werkzeug zur Optimierung von Supply Chain-Prozessen über Unternehmensgrenzen hinweg. SCOR kann in allen Branchen angewendet werden, beschreibt alle Supply Chain-Prozesse und unterstützt die Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in der Supply Chain. Neben Aufbau und Inhalt dieses Referenzmodells wird die Anwendung beschrieben und der Praxiseinsatz an einem Beispiel verdeutlicht.
