Zusammenfassung
In diesem Paper soll eine erste Industrielle Anwendung eines experimentellen Aktienmarktes beschrieben werden, der dafür entworfen wurde Projektmanagement-Entscheidungen zu unterstützen. Die MitarbeiterInnen eines Softwareentwicklungsprojektes wurden dazu motiviert in einem firmeninternen Double-Auction Markt zu handeln. Das Design des Marktes war darauf ausgerichtet den Fertigstellungstermin des Projektes vorherzusagen. Echtes Geld sollte die MitarbeiterInnen dazu motivieren, auf Basis privater bzw. semi-privater Informationen ökonomisch rational zu handeln. Der Markt sollte diese Informationen dann schneller und transparenter aggregieren als mit konventionellen Managementtechniken möglich. Das Experiment erstreckte sich über ca. 6 Monate.
