Abstract

Generally speaking, the German workman of today is certainly disposed to accept an economic community in which all partners, depending upon each other, also assist each other. There is, however, no more effective and dangerous way to destroy this attitude than the destruction of plants and the removal of machinery. The effect of this policy on the people’s notions of common sense and of democratic leadership is like that of fission-fungi.
