Zusammenfassung
Der Produktionsplan muß neben Angaben über das zu produzierende Leistungsprogramm aber auch Anweisungen für die Durchführung der Produktion enthalten, d.h., es ist zu bestimmen, wann unter Einsatz welcher Produktionsfaktoren welche Leistungen zu erstellen sind. Die Produktionsplanung hat damit die Frage zu beantworten, was wann unter Einsatz welcher Faktoren (wie) produziert werden soll.
