Abstract

Only few correlations between risk factors and diseases seem as well defined as the correlation between cigarette smoking and coronary heart disease. Nevertheless, doctors are not interested in stop smoking training, despite the fact, that 80% of all doctors and 60% of all smokers accept this as a medical duty.
