Zusammenfassung
Security Application Programming Interfaces provide advantages for the development of security systems and components because the inter-operability of security systems can be improved. The European security criteria (ITSEC) are basically qualified for the evaluation of any kind of information systems. The specific requirements referring to Security APIs for the evidence of their trustworthyness are subject to the analysis in this paper.
