Zusammenfassung
Vielfach läßt sich beobachten, daß der Einführung von Controllinginformationssystemen (CIS) nicht der Erfolg beschieden ist, den Unternehmensleitung und IT-Manager sich davon versprechen. Als Gründe hierfür werden — vor allem von den Fachabteilungen und ihren Managern — Aspekte wie unzureichende Funktionalität, unkomfortable Benutzeroberflächen, technische Schwierigkeiten oder eine allgemein zu geringe Einbindung von Anwendern in das Projekt ins Feld geführt.
