Zusammenfassung
Zunehmend beschließen große und mittelgroße Unternehmen umfassende E-Learning Projekte zu starten. Diesem Beschluss geht nicht selten ein über mehrere Monate andauernder Entscheidungsprozess voraus. Im Laufe dieses Prozesses werden z. B. unternehmensinterne Workshops mit Entscheidungsträgern durchgeführt, E-Learning Strategien des Unternehmens diskutiert sowie Marktstudien für mögliche Lösungsanbieter erarbeitet. Das Ergebnis ist typischerweise eine Aufforderung an potenzielle Lieferanten, ein Angebot für die Realisierung einer E-Learning Lösung zu erstellen. Letztlich erhält ein ausgewählter Anbieter den Auftrag und das E-Learning Projekt beginnt.
