Abstract
J. Yao moderated the discussion in the final session. He began the session by presenting the state of the art on the topics addressed in the workshop. This report was prepared jointly with G. Natke and was based on a framework provided by the list of topics in Fig. 3 of the Preface. This state of the art is summarized in the final chapter: Concluding Remarks and Recommendations.
