Abstract

Our theory could be carried out without Frenet frames. However Frenet frames provide a deeper geometric understanding of the theory and lead to new global invariants which describe the relative movement of two Frenet frames. Some of these invariants will appear in the Second Main Theorem for moving targets. Frenet frames and Frenet formulas on manifolds were introduced in [100]. For completeness sake the facts and proofs shall be given here.
