Zusammenfassung
Obwohl Arbeiten über das Gebiet der Kommunikation im Bereich des Managements vielleicht am stärksten unter einer Popularisierung gelitten haben, ist doch zur Lösung von Kommunikationsproblemen viel Grundlagenforschung getrieben worden. Diese beruht überwiegend auf der Arbeit von Claude E. Shannon und Warren Weaver in den Bell-Telephone-Laboratorien über Kommunikations-Netzwerke10).
