Zusammenfassung
Im einführenden Teil haben wir aufdie zentrale Stellung derEntscheidungsfmdung innerhalb der Organisationstheorie hingewiesen und das decision-making als eines der wesentlichsten Aspekte des Managements herausgestellt. Die Organisation wurde als ein system for making decisions aufgefaßt ; dieser Systemaspekt des Entscheidungsprozesses soll hier auf die Eignung zur Anwen-dung von Kennzahlen untersucht werden.
