Zusammenfassung
Eine Ursache der Verwirrung und ein Hindernis für die reformerische Umwandlung der Gesellschaft ergibt sich aus dem utopischen Gedanken einer klassenlosen Gesellschaft (2), der Vieldeutigkeit des Klassenbegriffes und der verbreiteten Annahme von der Unvermeidlichkeit des Klassenkampfes. (Auslassung Seite 77) Da diese Konzeptionen aus der revolutionären Interpretation des Marxismus abgeleitet sind, sind sie von vornherein darauf angelegt, eine Reform auszuschließen.

Das deutsche Parlament setzte sich im wesentlichen aus rigiden, Einzelinteressen oder -überzeugungen repräsentierenden Massenparteien zusammen.
