Summary

Nigeria has with its 37 millions of inhabitants the greatest population of all African States. It is a country with arbitrary borders, with disintegration of its numerous tribes, but it is a country well prepared for its independence, as thousands of young Nigerians have studied at English universities and are already working in the Nigerian administration. It has now resolved to enter a Six-Year-Plan, intending to prepare a definite industrialisation of this country.
