Zusammenfassung
Für ein Unternehmen, das nur zur Durchführung eines einzigen Projekts gegründet und nach seinem Abschluß wieder aufgelöst wird, stellt die Zielsetzung des Projekts zugleich das Unternehmensziel, die Aufgabenstellung des Projekts die Unternehmensaufgabe dar. Die „Unternehmungshierarchie als Leitungszusammenhang“1) kann ganz auf das Projekt ausgerichtet werden (totale Projektorganisation). Projekt-Management ist identisch mit Unternehmensführung.
