Zusammenfassung
Die Migration und Proliferation von glatten Gefäßmuskelzellen (SMC) aus der Media in den subendothelialen Raum ist eines der Schlüsselereignisse in der Frühphase der Atherogenese [3, 6, 15, 16, 17]. Mit histologischen und immunhistochemischen Methoden konnte nachgewiesen werden, daß der zelluläre Anteil einer solchen Plaque überwiegend aus SMC und Makrophagen besteht [1, 8, 9, 10, 12]. Die Zeltkulturtechnik macht es möglich, das Wachstumsverhalten von isolierten Plaque-SMC in vitro zu untersuchen [2, 4, 5, 7, 13]. DARTSCH et al. berichteten [7], daß SMC, die aus Plaquematerial der Arteria femoralis isoliert wurden, unterschiedliche Wachstumseigenschaften aufwiesen, je nachdem ob sie aus primäroder restenosierendem Plaquematerial isoliert wurden. Da das von DARTSCH et al. untersuchte Plaquematerial mit einem Simpson-Atherektomie-Katheter (p—SAC) aus derArteriafemoralis extrahiert worden war [11], ist die Fragestellung dervorliegenden Arbeit, ob sich bei SMC aus intraoperativ entnommenem Plaquematerial (OP) von verschiedenen Gefäßarealen die gleichen Wachstumscharakteristika beobachten lassen. Neben diesen Befunden wird der Einfluß von Azetylsalizylsäure (ASS) in verschiedenen Konzentrationen auf die Proliferation der SMC dargestellt.
