Zusammenfassung

Die Wirkung von Heparin, Dermatansulfat, Hirudin und der Laktobionsäure auf die Plättchenfunktion in vitro wurde untersucht, nachdem Hirudin und die drei gerinnungshemmenden Glykosaminoglykane eine deutliche antithrombotische Aktivität in einem Thrombosemodell gezeigt hatten.
