Zusammenfassung
Eine Untersuchung des sozialen und beruflichen Verhaltens schizophrener Patienten führt zu folgenden Beobachtungen:
-
1.
Resistenz gegen eine Rehabilitation charakterisiert die Mehrzahl der schizophrenen Patienten auf allen Stufen des therapeutischen Ansprechens;
-
2.
zwischenzeitliche Rückfälle stören weiterhin die andauernde und erfolgreiche Rehabilitation trotz neuer psycho-sozialer Therapieprogramme, die einen frühen Rückfall hinauszögern, aber einen späteren nicht verhindern;
-
3.
Verhaltensweisen aus der Zeit vor der Berufstätigkeit, die gegen eine vollständigere Rehabilitation wirken, spiegeln möglicherweise Elemente des Typ II-Syndroms und die diesen zugrunde liegenden psychobiologischen Anomalien wider;
-
4.
die funktionelle Bedeutung dieser psychobiologischen Defizite wird wahrscheinlich durch entwicklungsbedingte Geschlechtsunterschiede beeinflußt, die für die Spezialisten beruflicher Rehabilitation noch genauer ermittelt und formuliert werden müssen;
-
5.
die vorläufigen Bestandteile eines diagnose- und geschlechtsspezifischen Rehabilitationsprogramms, aufbauend auf der schizophrenen Pathophysiologie, können zwar formuliert werden, bedürfen aber einer extensiven Entwicklung.
