Zusammenfassung

Anschließend wird auf der Basis der empirischen Ergebnisse und unter Beachtung der Problematik tiefgreifender Veränderungen ein Ansatz zur Gestaltung der Bereiche Implementierungsträger, Implementierungsstil und Implementierungsorganisation entwickelt.1 Während die zuvor dargestellten Resultate der Expertenbefragung vorwiegend die Grundlage der folgenden Träger- und Stilanalyse bilden, baut der Ansatz zur Implementierungsorganisation auf weiteren empirischen Ergebnissen auf, die dem Ansatz in Punkt IV.3 vorangestellt werden.
