Zusammenfassung
Unternehmen wachsen und werden einzigartig mithilfe strategischer Innovationen. In den vorherigen Kapiteln wurde gezeigt, welche kreativen, inhaltlichen, wirtschaftlichen und zeitlichen Aspekte bei den strategischen Innovationen eine Rolle spielen. Es war möglich, einige generelle Regeln aufzustellen, aber Innovationen werden nie gänzlich voraussagbar sein, sonst sind es keine Innovationen mehr. Die Anzahl und die Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten sind einfach viel zu groß. Aber dieser Ozean an neuen Möglichkeiten birgt gleichzeitig die gute Nachricht. Durch das Potenzial an unzähligen Möglichkeiten kann jedes Unternehmen seine eigenen Kombinationen kreieren und so Einzigartigkeit erreichen.
