Zusammenfassung

In der Marktwirtschaft und insbesondere bei strategischer Innovation ist das Lösen von Paradoxien ein immanenter Teil der Entscheidungsfindung. Paradoxien entstehen aufgrund der Marktdynamik. Bestehende Strukturen, Verhalten und Vorgehensweisen müssen angepasst oder erneuert werden. Die Erneuerung ist eine Aufgabe des Top-Managements, da die Paradoxlösungen strategische Erneuerungen beinhalten.
