Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag wird dargestellt, in welcher Form die EU-Strukturfondsförderung in den Niederlanden in politische Entscheidungs- und Implementationsprozesse integriert worden ist. Die Darstellung erfolgt vor dem Hintergrund, daß die Niederlande als Beispiel für einen unitaristisch-dezentralen Staat stehen. Dieser Staatsaufbau impliziert enge Verkoppelungen zwischen den verschiedenen staatlichen Ebenen, was spezifische Auswirkungen auf das Bestreben der EU hat, die Beteiligung der Regionen an der europäischen Politik zu vergrößern.
