Benutzergerechte Software-Gestaltung im VDI-Gemeinschaftsausschuß Bürokommunikation — VDI 5005 “Software-Ergonomie in der Bürokommunikation”

Zusammenfassung

Moderne Bürokommunikationssysteme weisen eine steigende Komplexität und zunehmende funktionale Integration auf. Für den Benutzer solcher Systeme ist das technische Potential nur daim zielgerichtet und effektiv nutzbar, wenn die Benutzungsschnittstelle den Aufgabenstellungen und der Arbeitsweise des Benutzers in bestmöglicher Weise angemessen ist. Der VDI-Ausschuß “Software-Ergonomie in der Bürokommunikation” hat hierzu die Richtlinie VDI 5005 erarbeitet. In dieser Richtlinie wird versucht, Anwendern und Herstellern Ziele, Kriterien und Realisierungsmöglichkeiten aufzuzeigen, die zu einer benutzer- und aufgabengerechten Unterstützung des Biiroprozesses führen.

Abstract

Modern office automation systems are characterised by increasing complexity and integration of functions. The technical potential can only by utilised effectively if the user interface of the system is well adapted to the tasks and needs of the user. The committee “Software Ergonomics in Office Communication” of the German VDI has developed a set of guidelines (VDI 5005). These guidelines provide objectives, criteria and design options for suppliers and users of office communication system, which can lead to a task and user adequate support of the work processes in the office.

Résumé

Les systèmes bureautiques modernes sont caractérisés par une complexité et une intégration de fonctions techniques croissantes. Le potentiel technique ne peut être utilisé effectivement que si l’interface d’utilisateur du système est bien adaptée aux tâches et besoins de l’utilisateur. Pour cette raison, le comité allemand VDI “L’Ergonomie logicielle dans la bureautique” a fixé les lignes directrices VDI 5005, qui offrent des objectifs, des critères et des options de conception aux fabricants et aux utilisateurs conduisant à un soutien des processus de bureau adapté à l’utilisateur et ses tâches.
