High Tech muß nicht kompliziert sein Das Steuerungskonzept der CNC_plus Maschine

Kurzfassung

Die Fa. KELLER, Wuppertal, entwickelt (seit 10 Jahren) Software für den Bereich CNC-Qualifizierung und CNC-Programmierung.

Eine besondere Bedeutung füür beide Bereiche hat das seit 5 Jahren verkaufte, grafisch-orientierte System RE+CAM bekommen:

• Zum einen ist dieses (inzwischen üüber 7000 mal verkaufte) System Grundlage des Modellversuches “Qualifizierung von Metallfacharbeitern in Klein- und Mittelbetrieben nach dem Konzept der Integration von Lernen und Fertigen”, zum anderen ist dieses System Ausgangspunkt einer neuen, 3. Generation von NC-Technik.

Auf der EMO ’93 in Hannover wird diese neue Generation von NC-Maschinen unter dem Begriff “CNC- plus” vorgestellt. Es wird sich zeigen, daß HighTech nicht zwangsweise kompliziert sein muß.

Abstract

The R. & S. KELLER GmbH in Wuppertal, Germany, is (for 10 years now) continuously developping software for CNC qualification and CNC programming.

GRE+CAM, a graphics oriented system which is sold now for 5 years, has gained a certain importance for these two CNC fields:

• On the one hand, this system (in the meantime more than 7000 pieces have been sold) is the basis of the model experiment “Qualification of skilled workers in small and medium-sized enterprises following the concept of the integration of training and production”, and on the other hand, this system has initialized a new 3rd generation of NC technology.

At the EMO ’93 in Hanover, this new generation of NC machines will be introduced wider the title “CNCplus”. It will turn out that hightec does not necessarily have to be complicated.

La R. & S. KELLER GmbH a Wuppertal, Allemagne, developpe (depuis 10 ans) des logiciels pour les domaines de la qualification et programmation a CNC.

GKE+CAM, un systeme base sur graphique qui se vend depuis 5 ans, a acqueri une certaine importance pour ces deux domaines:

• D’une part, ce systeme (dont on a vendu entretemps plus que 7000 piece) est la base de l’essai-type “Qualification des ouvriers specialises dans des petites et moyennes entreprises d’apres le concept de l’integration de formation et production” et d’autre part, ce systeme declenche une nouvelle, 3ieme generation de la technologie a CN.

A l’occasion de l’EMO ’93 a Hanovre, cette nouvelle generation de machine a CN sera presentee sous le titre “CNCplus”. On constatera que la technologie de pointe ne doit pas etre obligatoirement compliquee.
