Zusammenfassung

Software gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung als Wirtschaftsfaktor. Dies gilt sowohl für Software als Marktprodukt als auch für die Unternehmensinfrastruktur zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsprozessen. Benutzergerechte Softwaregestaltung hat in diesem Zusammenhang die Aufgabe, Softwareanwendungen besser mit den Benutzeranforderungen in Einklang zu bringen und somit Produktivität, Flexibilität und Qualität von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu steigern. Ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz der Softwaregestaltung ist erforderlich, um diesen Herausforderungen Rechnung zu tragen. Die Förderung von Forschungsarbeiten zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung solcher Ansätze stellt deshalb im Hinblick auf die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Wirtschaft eine lohnende und zukunftssichernde Investition dar.

Abstract

Software is winning more and more recognition as an important economical factor. On the one hand, this applies to software as a market product and on the other, the company infrastructure as a support for management. User-applicable software design, in this context, has the task of bringing software application into accord with user requirements, thereby increasing productivity, flexibility, product quality and service performance. An all-embracing approach to software design is required in order to meet such challenges. In view of the performance capabilities of our economy, the support of such research work is a very worth while and future-securing investment

Résumé

Le logiciel est reconnu toujours plus comme étant un facteur important de l’économie. Cela vaut pour le logiciel également en tant que produit du marché et, dans l’infrastructure de l’entreprise, en tant que soutien au management et à la marche des affaires. Dans ce contexte, la tâche de la conception du logiciel d’une façon conviviale est de mieux harmoniser les applications du logiciel et les exigences de la part des utilisateurs/utilisatrices augmentant ainsi la productivité, la flexibilité et la qualité des produits et des services. Par conséquent, il faut qu’on aborde la conception du logiciel d’une manière englobant tous les facteurs intéressés afin de satisfaire ce défi. Eu égard à la productivité et à la capacité compétitive de notre économie, l’encouragement et l’appui fmancier des recherches dans ce respect est une investition rémunératrice qui gagne l’avenir.
