Zusammenfassung

PUTNAM stellte in einer Erhebung fest, dass 80% der Befragten mit dem Fortschritt ihres Führungsinformationssystems unzufrieden waren. Die Gründe hierfür wurden nur mit 20% im technischen Bereich angesiedelt. 80% waren der Meinung, dass es Kommunikations-, Verständnis- und menschliche Probleme seien, die den Erfolg des Systems beeinträchtigten.1) Der Grundsatz der Orientierung am Benutzer erlangt damit eine zentrale Bedeutung bei der Gestaltung von Führungsinformationssystemen2).
