„Automatischer“ Schutz Sobald jemand ein Foto oder z. B. ein musikalisches oder schriftliches Werk erstellt, ist dies „automatisch“ urheberrechtlich geschützt. Es bedarf hierzu keiner Eintragung in ein Register und es ist auch nicht mit Kosten verbunden. Es geht sogar noch weiter, urheberrechtlicher Schutz kann in Deutschland gar nicht erkauft werden.
