Was macht den eigentlich so robust angelegten Fuß beim Menschen mit Diabetes mellitus verletzlich? Ist diese Frage beantwortet, geht es an die Therapie – wenn es eine gibt. In diesem Kapitel geht es um die Therapie der schmerzhaften Polyneuropathie, der pAVK und der Infektion beim DFS.
