Zusammenfassung

Die Diagnosen im Rahmen eines DFS bergen viele Tücken, weil charakteristische Symptome durch das gleichzeitige Auftreten mehrerer Erkrankungen an einem Organ oft verschleiert werden. Die Diagnostik kann also nicht einfach aus anderen Bereichen übernommen werden, auch wenn es sich scheinbar um die gleiche Erkrankung handelt (Beispiel pAVK). Ohne die entsprechenden Kenntnisse wird der einfache Satz „Vor der Therapie steht die Diagnose“ zum Hürdenlauf der Fehleinschätzungen.
