Zusammenfassung

Ein 13-jähriger Junge leidet seit 2 Tagen an einem juckenden Hautausschlag. Vor allem die distalen Extremitäten sind betroffen, aber auch am Stamm ist der livide Ausschlag zu sehen. Teilweise bestehen auch Petechien. Medikamenteneinnahme wird verneint. Bei Aufnahme ist der Junge febril, aber ansonsten in einem guten Allgemeinzustand. Es wird eine spezielle Labordiagnostik durchgeführt, die die Diagnose sichert.
