Zusammenfassung
Peritoneale Adhäsionen sind seit Langem als postoperative Komplikation erkannt und erforscht. In zahlreichen Studien konnten damit verbundene Langzeitauswirkungen wie Rückenschmerzen, Schulterschmerzen oder chronische Verspannungen des Schultergürtel-Nackenbereiches ebenso wie Verdauungsprobleme oder Infertilität nachgewiesen werden. Ein Vorbeugen gegen peritoneale Adhäsionen und fasziale Verklebungen ist praktisch unmöglich. Leider sind auch Ansätze zur manualtherapeutischen Intervention bzw. zur postoperativen Behandlung rar gesät, wenn auch das Interesse daran aktuell stark gestiegen ist. Ein kurzer Abriss über den momentanen wissenschaftlichen Stand soll als Einstieg in dieses spannende und umfassende Themengebiet dienen und aufzeigen, welche Erfahrungen diesbezüglich bisher gemacht werden konnten. Nicht zuletzt ist das Liedler-Konzept als manuelles fasziales Behandlungskonzept von postoperativen peritonealen Adhäsionen ein weiterer großer Schritt in diese Richtung.
