Das TandemHeart (TandemLife, Pittsburgh, PA) ist ein temporäres Linksherz-Unterstützungssystem, das üblicherweise perkutan im Herzkatheterlabor implantiert wird. In der klassischen Konfiguration besteht es aus einer mittels transseptaler Punktion im linken Vorhof platzierten Ansaugkanüle.
