Zusammenfassung
Die akute hypoxämische respiratorische Insuffizienz gehört zu den häufigsten Komplikationen nach operativen Eingriffen. Durch Anwendung von CPAP oder NIV direkt nach der Extubation können die Reintubationshäufigkeit und andere Komplikationen vermindert werden.
